Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. First-time orders or select products may take slightly longer. Processing runs on business days only — weekends and Chinese public holidays may add extra time.

 

Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 6-10 business days after your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number within 1-3 business days after your order is processed, and it will sync automatically to your order confirmation. It's normal for tracking to show no updates for a few days during transit, or for the final carrier name to differ from the original — this does not mean anything is wrong.

 

Multiple Packages

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately from different locations and arrive on different dates. This is expected and not a cause for concern.

 

Customs & Import Fees

All shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. If you are ever asked to pay customs charges, please do not pay and contact us immediately at onedaycollection@icloud.com.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded due to a change in variant, size, or quantity. To request a cancellation, contact us at onedaycollection@icloud.com with your order number as soon as possible.

 

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate street address at checkout, including full name, street with number, city, ZIP/postal code, country, and phone number. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
